How Do We Use the Personal Data?

We use personal data related to you for the purposes of providing you including information, content, volunteer activities, and events   .In addition, we will use Personal Data for operational needs, contacting with you, management needs, optimization of our activities,  information security needs, compliance with procedures and policies that apply to us, handling  data subject requests (such as the right for access and the right to rectification), statistical and research needs (including the use of means such as anonymization and pseudonymization, to turn personal information into non-identifiable or not directly identifiable information), and for the purpose of protecting our legal rights and legitimate interests.

We may inform you about upcoming events and activities that may be relevant for your need and abilities.

Who do we Share Personal Data related to you with?

We do not sell, rent, or lease Personal Data related to you. We may transfer your Personal Data to third parties, both in Israel and abroad, including countries where the level of privacy protection is lower than that established in Israel (such as the USA).

 We may share Personal Data related to you with third-party service providers. such providers will be contractually bound to keep Personal Data related to you confidential and appropriately secure. In addition, we may share with authorities your Personal Data if we are required to do so by legal requirements (such as court orders).

Your Privacy Rights Under Israeli Law

You may contact us and request to access the personal data (as defined in the Israeli Privacy Law) that we process about you. We will ask you to provide certain credentials to verify your identity. If you find that the personal data related to you is inaccurate, incomplete, or not up to date, you can ask us to correct this data. In some cases, you are also entitled to request the deletion of said personal data.

We use reasonable and industry standard security measures to protect Personal Data, to minimize the risks of damage, loss of information, theft, or unauthorized access or use of data.. However, we will not be liable for any damage caused by unauthorized access or unauthorized use of Personal Data as long as we take reasonable security measures as mentioned above. It is clarified that it is also your responsibility to take appropriate information security measures such as using anti-virus measures, updating software, etc. if you sign to be a “member”, you should not share your password with others.
