We, The Israeli Advocacy Network (“we”, “us” or “our”), dedicated to raising awareness, fostering unity, and providing unwavering support and advocacy for Israelis.

General

We are the owners of this website and make every effort in order to ensure that the information provided by or linked to this site is reliable, accurate and updated. However, we will not be responsible for the content of third parties that appears on our website or has a link to it on our website.

The website includes a general information (AS IS) regarding informational content, volunteer activities, and events related to the emerged in the aftermath of the October 7th terror attack and should be treated with the necessary caution and any use of the website is on your soul responsibility.

We shall not be held accountable for any direct or indirect damage, loss, or expense that may arise from the contents. Furthermore, we do not make any representations regarding the advisability of using the contents.

We reserve the right to modify, add, suspend, or terminate the contents of the site, as well as to halt the site’s activity at any time, without prior notice.

Volunteers

If you choose to register as a volunteer, you will be asked to provide the following information: full name, email address, telephone number, place of work and qualifications. In addition, we may collect your ID number and information about the social networks in which you are active (if you decide to share this information with us).

If you choose to be part of our volunteers’ team it is entirely voluntary, without any form of compensation. As such, there is no employment arrangement between you and us, and no employer-employee relationship exists.

As a volunteer, you may have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of content. By participating in this, you agree that the products you create will not infringe on any copyrights. Additionally, please note that we reserve the right to use any content that was created as part of our activity and projects, including transferring them to third parties, and making changes or additions.

Unless otherwise specified, it should be noted that gestures, if any, shall not be considered as value or other exchange that create an employer-employee relationship between us and the Volunteers. However, we do appreciate the work of our volunteers and may express our gratitude in various ways (e.g. sending gift cards).

Members

Your application to join our members’ community does not automatically confirm your membership. After reviewing your application, you will receive an official confirmation.

Additionally, if you choose to register as a member, please be aware that commercial use of any content uploaded to the member’s area requires our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to immediately, temporarily, or permanently block access to your personal area and its contents without prior notice if we suspect that you have violated these terms of use, the law, or for reasons of risk management at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The materials published on the “public” page of this website are permitted for use for the above-mentioned purposes including for raising awareness regarding of the October 7th terror attack.

However, All the materials published on the “members area” on of this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print materials only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use materials for any other purpose without our advance express written permission.

In addition, using our full name, “The Israeli Advocacy Network”, without our prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
